        <p className="hint">Soulitum Labs provides Qtrial, a multi-tenant SaaS workspace for action, sample-testing and compliance workflows, under the plan limits shown on our <a className="link" href="/pricing">pricing page</a>.</p></section>
      <section aria-labelledby="t-2"><h2 id="t-2" className="font-semibold">2. Accounts & acceptable use</h2>
        <p className="hint">Organisations manage their own users and are responsible for their credentials. You agree not to misuse the service, probe other tenants' data, upload malware, or break the law. We may suspend accounts that threaten platform security.</p></section>
      <section aria-labelledby="t-3"><h2 id="t-3" className="font-semibold">3. Data & ownership</h2>
        <p className="hint">Your organisation owns its data. Exports (Excel/CSV/PDF) are available at any time; on termination we retain data per legal hold then delete backups on rotation. Audit logs may be retained for compliance.</p></section>

        <p className="hint">We target 99.5% monthly availability excluding planned maintenance. Growth plans and above include priority support with a 2-business-hour first response.</p></section>

        <p className="hint">To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.</p></section>
